Scallion Egg Pancake

Prepare the eggs, chopped green onion, flour, water, salt and five-spice powder to make a batter.

Electric baking pan for cooking oil.
3.
Pour the batter.
4.
Beat in the eggs.
5.
Stir it up with a spoon or chopsticks.
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
7.
Fry on both sides of an electric baking pan and turn it on after a minute or two.
8.
Turn it over and fry it again.
9.
Fold it to plate.
Tips:
1. The batter should be evenly adjusted. If you like soft cakes, you can make them thinner, and dry cakes will be harder.
2. You can put some chili sauce on the cake, or you can eat it with some shredded potatoes.
