I’m busy in the morning, and I’m in a hurry to go to school and work, so I will choose some quick and easy foods for breakfast. Omelet is one of the common breakfasts in my house. It can be done in a few minutes. It can be served with soy milk, porridge or milk. They are all very delicious.

Scallion Egg Pancake

1. Prepare the eggs, chopped green onion, flour, water, salt and five-spice powder to make a batter.

2. Electric baking pan for cooking oil.

3. Pour the batter.

4. Beat in the eggs.

5. Stir it up with a spoon or chopsticks.

6. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.

7. Fry on both sides of an electric baking pan and turn it on after a minute or two.

8. Turn it over and fry it again.

9. Fold it to plate.

Tips:

1. The batter should be evenly adjusted. If you like soft cakes, you can make them thinner, and dry cakes will be harder.
2. You can put some chili sauce on the cake, or you can eat it with some shredded potatoes.
