Scallion Fried Prawns

Clean the prawns, remove the shrimp head and shrimp thread and cut off the shrimp choke and shrimp feet.

Shred the green onion and ginger.

Pour oil into the pot, add ginger shreds and sauté.
4.
Pour in the drained prawns.
5.
Stir fry and change color.
6.
Cook into the cooking wine, add soy sauce.

Add sugar tomato sauce and appropriate amount of water. Turn to medium heat and cook until the soup is thick.

Add the green onions.
9.
Stir-fry evenly and add salt to taste.
Tips:
The seafood itself is very fresh, so don't add chicken essence and MSG. Salt should be added for your own taste. My family is used to removing the shrimp heads, and you can also bring them and cook them together.
