Scallion Fried Rice with Egg

Large collection of raw materials. Beat two eggs, dice carrots, dice cucumbers, shred cabbage, and chop spring onions.

Heat the oil. The amount of oil is slightly more than usual for stir-frying. The oil for scrambled eggs is hot, so that the eggs will slip quickly.

Set aside the scrambled eggs and add a little chopped green onion.

Stir-fry the diced carrots

Add the diced cucumber and cabbage and stir fry together.

Add the very fresh soy sauce and salt to taste, and stir-fry evenly.

Put the rice in the dish and stir fry, then add the chopped green onions and stir fry evenly.

Just pour in sesame oil before serving. Plate.
