Scallion Fried Squid

Prepare the squid meat and wash it.

Add water to the pot.

Add squid.

Add some cooking wine and blanch it in water.

Remove the squid meat.

Prepare some chives.

Wash the green onion and cut into sections, and cut some ginger and garlic.

Tips:
1. Blanch the squid in advance. It is not easy to cook for too long. It will not taste good when cooked for a long time.
