Scallion Noodles

Wash the shallots, cut 3 stalks into sections, and chop 1 stalk. Haitian seafood soy sauce is poured into a large bowl according to personal taste.

Heat the pan with cold oil. Put the shallots in the pan at the same time, fry them on low heat until browned, remove and discard.

Pour the hot scallion oil into a bowl filled with soy sauce while still hot

Bring the water to a boil, put the noodles, and put the sea rice. After being cooked, remove the cold water together with the sea rice. The cooler the better.

Put the well-watered noodles and sea rice into a bowl with soy sauce and scallion oil, stir well and sprinkle like chopped green onions. Eat it.
