Scallion Noodles

Put water in the pot, bring to a boil, add the noodles and cook.

Remove the cooked noodles and put them in cold boiling water to cool

Prepare a bowl, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chicken essence, sugar, scallion oil, and stir well.

Remove the cold noodles, drain the water, and put them in the prepared sauce.
5.
Stir thoroughly, put it in a bowl, and it’s done
Tips:
If the noodles are too cold, it is best to use cold white to open.
