Scallion Noodles
1.
Wait for the water to boil, and add the appropriate amount of noodles according to your own appetite. Flick the noodles constantly and add a small amount of cold water from time to time. When the noodles become soft, pick out the noodles and place them in a clean bowl for later use.
2.
Cut green onions into chopped green onions for later use.
3.
Add soy sauce, salt, MSG to the noodles to consume oil. Mix well. (Add the ingredients according to your own taste. If you don't like too salty, you can burn the salt and consume oil, because the soy sauce itself is a bit salty)
4.
Put the right amount of oil in the pot (add oil according to your own taste). You can use chopsticks to check the oil temperature. When the chopsticks are put in the oil and small bubbles are formed, the fire can cease.
5.
Sprinkle chopped green onions on the noodles after mixing well. If you like spicy food, you can add appropriate amount of chili oil on the chopped green onions.
6.
Sprinkle the boiling oil on the chopped green onion and chili oil
7.
After mixing well, you can start eating!
Tips:
The chopped green onion and chili sauce are best concentrated in the middle so that the oil can be fully sprinkled on top.
You can add a little salt when cooking the noodles to make the noodles more elastic and firm.
Be careful when you cook the oil, as overheating of the oil will cause a fire.
Those who don't like to eat oil, add more oil.
