Scallion Noodles

Pour oil in the pan, add chopped green onion, sauté until fragrant, pour out the excess oil.

Add water, bring to a boil, then, boil and add cold water, boil again, remove and set aside.

Pour salt, light soy sauce, and a spoonful of noodle soup into a bowl, stir well, pour in the noodles, pour the soup on top, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
