Scallion Oil Finger Cake

Take an appropriate amount of flour and gradually stir with warm water, knead it into a dough, flatten it with a rolling pin, the thinner the better.

Chop the shallots, add vegetable oil and salt and pepper, and spread evenly on the dough.

Use a knife to line the noodles, avoiding both ends.

Roll up the dough.
5.
Roll into a ball.
6.
Press a little and the pie is ready.
7.
Fry in an electric baking pan for three minutes until golden on both sides.
