My husband said for a long time and asked me to make it. I have always been lazy, mainly because I make baking whenever I have time. I rarely touch Chinese food.

Scallion Pancakes

1. First prepare the flour, shallots, and water

2. Put flour and water into the bread machine, start the kneading function for 15 minutes

3. When kneading the noodles, wash the shallots and cut into sections, and drain

4. Take out the mixed dough and divide into three parts

5. Roll one of the dough into a thin dough, sprinkle with a little salt, chicken essence, a teaspoon of rapeseed oil, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

6. Pinch one side and slowly roll up.

7. After rolling, roll up from bottom to top

8. Close the mouth down, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and roll out.

9. Put oil in the pan, low heat, put the cake crust

10. Wait until both sides are golden brown to take out

Tips:

The first time I did it, the oil was slightly less. If you like spicy food, you can put some chili sauce when putting oil and salt on the noodles
