Scallion pancakes are my favorite pasta. When I was studying in the past, I bought two eating and walking on the side of the road, but I didn't eat them because I worried that the oil outside was not good. If you don't want to be greedy now, just try to make things happen by yourself!

Scallion Pancakes

1. Take half of the all-purpose flour and pour in some boiling water

17. Roll the dough from the bottom up

Tips:

When frying the noodles, I can adjust the frying time according to the size and thickness of the noodles.
