Scallion Potato Cakes

1. Diced carrot, ham, green onion

2. Potatoes are steamed and mashed

3. Pour the cut pieces into the mashed potatoes

4. Pour in salt, pepper and flour and stir well

5. Roll into a circle and press into a cake

6. Fry on both sides until golden
