Scallion Putty Grey Vegetable

Soak the dug up gray vegetables in clean water and wash them.

Put water in the pot, pour the washed gray ash vegetables into the blanching water when the water is bubbling, and remove the controlled water for use.

Drain the blanched gray ash, put it in a large clean bowl, and sprinkle with salt.

Add a tablespoon of soy sauce.

Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into the pot. After the oil is hot, add the peppercorns and sauté fragrant and remove the peppercorns.

Turn off the heat, pour in the chopped green onion and sauté into scallion oil.

Pour the scallion oil on the gray ash.

Sprinkle with chopped garlic and mix well, sprinkle with carrots and pickles.
Tips:
1. There are two types of gray ash. The edible leaf and back are green with white powder, while the back of the leaf is purple and cannot be eaten.
2. Grey ash is a light-sensitive plant. After eating ash ash, you should try to avoid long-term and strong sunlight.
