The most profound dish in childhood memory, ordinary ingredients, but I miss it greatly...

Appetizing Grey Dish

1. After the rain, the green ash sprouts on the side of the road are picked and washed.

2. Gently blanch the gray vegetables in a pot of boiling water for about a minute.

3. Take a shower and control the water in cold water.

4. Drain the excess water and pour it into a basin.

5. Place minced garlic, green onion, red rice pepper on top, sprinkle salt, monosodium glutamate, sugar, light soy sauce, and vinegar.

6. Heat the wok with rapeseed oil.

7. Sprinkle hot oil evenly on the condiments.

8. Stir evenly and put on a plate.
