Stir-fried Grey Dish

Prepare gray ash and garlic cloves.

Soak the gray ash vegetables in clean water for 2 hours. After washing, control the water. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them.

Pour water into the pot and bring to a boil, add the wild vegetables to blanch the water, flip a few times with chopsticks, and quickly remove the cold water.

Stir-fry the gray ash and add chicken powder to taste.
Tips:
Don't pick wild vegetables if you don't know them, don't eat wild vegetables in heavily polluted areas, and pay attention to diet safety.
