Radish is a hot ingredient in winter. You can put it on any stew. It is fresh and sweet, appetizing and degreasing. In fact, radish doesn’t need to be served with anything, it is just boiled in a pot and mixed with onions, garlic, and chili. It's delicious, and it's a hangover!
