Scallion Rolls

The fermented dough is kneaded into bubbles.

Roll the dough into pancakes, pour over cooked oil, and brush evenly.

Sprinkle salt evenly.

Mince the green onions.

Sprinkle with chopped green onion and roll up.

Cut into sections and stack two.

Use chopsticks to press in the middle.

Pinch both ends, twist them in opposite directions at the same time, and then press the pinch under your hand.

Put it in the pot for second fermentation.

After wake up, bring the heat to a boil, keep it on medium heat for 20 minutes, stop the fire and steam for 10 minutes.
