Scallion Scallion Buns
1.
Cut the shutters that you bought back into quarters. Soak in water for later use
2.
Then finely slice the diced onion and a little bit of fat
3.
Chop the meat, add some shrimp and chop. Chopped green onion
4.
Beat an egg, you can just take the egg white: add chopped green onion, chicken essence, salt, rice vinegar, light soy sauce, cornstarch and meat and mix well
5.
When marinating the meat, let’s prepare the shreds for the dressing, green onion leaves, haha
6.
Use the tip of the knife to cut a little bit, hold the knife still, and pull the green onion to the left with your left hand. The chopped green onions are soaked in clear water for toughness
7.
Start to pack myself
8.
This is super simple. Fold it in half, and then fold it in half. It is best to fold one end on top and the other underneath, so that the meat is caught in the middle. (I didn’t fold it like this and there was a small problem) and then tie it with green onions. If you don’t want to tie it, just fold the two ends and put them in a bowl.
9.
Wrap them all, the water in the pot will boil, let's start steaming in the pot. About fifteen minutes, if you want the blinds to be softer, you can add some time
10.
Out of the pot! Wow, is your skin so bad? This is the reason why I am not opposed to fold the meat in the middle. The meat is sucking the blinds
11.
Come on a remedy, turn over
12.
Add peanut oil, fry the diced fat and get some lard, hee hee, add the diced onion and fry until it turns yellow. This is the scallion oil.
13.
Add some water, bone broth is best. Add a little salt, chicken essence, water starch, and make gorgon juice. Dip on it to succeed
14.
Just pour the juice on and it's ready. Arrange the amaranth leaves, huh
15.
The leftover green onion will also come in handy
Tips:
1. It is best to use lard to make scallion oil, and peanut oil can also be used. When the lard is hot, it will fly when it touches the water. You can cool the pot before adding water, or add the scallion oil after mixing it with the juice.
2. You will cry when you cut the onion. Cut the two halves and put the bubbles in the water to make it better.
3. It is better to seal it with plastic wrap when steaming, the effect is better, and then remove it when the juice is poured to prevent it from drying the surface before serving.
