Scallion Shrimp Cake

Wash the prawns, trim off the whiskers, marinate for a while with salt and pepper, and set aside with green onions.

Prepare flour and potato flour, mix and sieve, and diced green onions for later use.

Add egg wash, pepper, salt, water, mix them all, stir into a paste (make it thicker)~~~~

Preheat the oven up and down at 180

Put the shrimp cake paste in the oven, and bake it at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Tips:
Shrimp can be replaced with a smaller shrimp.
