Clean squid

Use a knife on the inside of the squid to cut diagonally into strips about 3mm apart, but you can't cut into sections, hang the knife to cut

Then change the knife into a square strip, and cut them all in sequence

After boiling water in the wok, put in the cut squid and remove it after the water is boiled

Tips:
When the squid is blanched, take it out after the water is boiled, and the squid will be very hard if it takes a long time to cook.
