Squid has high nutritional value and is a natural aquatic protein bestowed by the ocean. It is a kind of food that many people like to eat. Eating more can nourish the stomach. Squid can be cooked in a variety of ways and can be fried. This time I cut the squid into squid rolls, seasoned with onions and sautéed them. It was not greasy and delicious.

Scallion Squid Roll

1. Clean squid

2. Use a knife on the inside of the squid to cut diagonally into strips about 3mm apart, but you can't cut into sections, hang the knife to cut

3. Then change the knife into a square strip, and cut them all in sequence

4. After boiling water in the wok, put in the cut squid and remove it after the water is boiled

5. The fished squid is rolled up naturally

6. Onion cut into triangles

7. Minced ginger

8. Heat oil in a wok, fry the chili and minced ginger until fragrant, then add pepper to fry it

9. Pour the squid rolls and stir fry quickly

10. Add onions

11. Add salt and oyster sauce and stir fry

12. Finally, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and stir-fry well

Tips:

When the squid is blanched, take it out after the water is boiled, and the squid will be very hard if it takes a long time to cook.
