Scallion to Turn Egg Pancakes

Prepare the ingredients.

Beat the eggs and add an appropriate amount of water.

Add flour and stir to form noodles.

Add some salt to taste.

In another bowl, add a little batter and scallion puree, and mix well.

Heat the pan and brush lightly with oil.

Pour the mixed green onion batter into a fresh-keeping bag, and cut a small mouthful at the corner for later use.

Tips:
1. To make scallion puree, wash the onions and beat them with a juicer for a few times.
