Scallion Wing Root

The wing roots are marinated in salt for 10 minutes and set aside

Prepare shiitake mushrooms, onions, green onion and ginger ingredients

Fry the wing roots with hot oil on the pan, add sugar, and fry until golden. (If you don't slide the roots of the wings, you will jump out of the oil, be careful of being burned by the oil)

Add the dark soy sauce, stir fry, add boiling water to cover the wing roots, pour in the cooking wine, green onion and ginger, and simmer over medium heat for ten minutes

After changing the heat, add the mushrooms and continue to stew. (I made the shiitake mushrooms smaller, not very conspicuous)
6.
Pour the onion while leaving a little bit of soup, turn it over until the onion is broken and add the chicken essence to start the pot
