Scallion Wrapped Juniper

Prepare flour, fried dough sticks, chives and other ingredients;

You can cut short fried dough sticks, if they are short and thin, you can omit them; my kind of fried dough sticks are big and need to be cut short.

Wash the chives, cut into sections, the length is the same as the fritters;

Add appropriate amount of water and salt to flour and mix to make a batter;

Heat the pan, add some oil, pour a thin layer of batter, and fry on medium to small heat;

Fry until slightly yellow, add deep-fried dough sticks and chives;

Roll up the fritters and chives, and press them firmly with a spatula;

Flip the other side and continue to fry, and press with a spatula, you can hear a pleasant sizzling sound, and it comes out of the pot slightly yellow.

Tips:
Scallions and fried dough sticks should be cut to the same length; 2. Use medium and small heat when pancakes;
