Scallion Yuba

Main ingredients: Soaked yuba, green peppers, shallots

Cut the soaked yuba into oblique sections, remove the seeds and shred the green peppers, and cut the shallots into sections

Boil the yuba in the pot for 1 minute and remove

Put the blanched yuba, green pepper shreds, and some shallots into the container together

Add salt, balsamic vinegar, and a little sugar in turn (a little sugar is fine, fresh)

Put cooking oil in the pot, add the remaining green onions and fry on low heat

Fry until the scallions are browned and turn off the heat into scallion oil.

Tips:
