Scottish Seafood Fried Rice
1.
Rice is best served overnight, if not available, it can be steamed freshly. Cook the raw seafood and remove it for later use. Cut the ginger and garlic into cubes for later use.
2.
Preheat the pot first, then pour an appropriate amount of cooking oil into the pot to heat up, then put the garlic and ginger diced into the pot.
3.
When the ginger and garlic aromas overflow in the pot, add the seafood and stir fry for one minute.
4.
Then pour the overnight rice into the pot and stir fry with the seafood, adding salt and white pepper to taste.
5.
Stir-fry until the rice and seafood are evenly mixed, and continue to fry for 2 to 4 minutes according to the size of the heat. Sprinkle with green onions and enjoy delicious seafood fried rice.
Tips:
Seafood can be selected according to the specific situation, squid silk, salmon, crab sticks, etc. are all available. I especially like seafood, so the ratio of seafood to rice is almost 1:1
