I have sweet potato noodles from my hometown at home, and pork is more expensive, so I switched to scrambled eggs.

Scrambled Eggs with Cabbage and Vermicelli

1. Soak the sweet potato flour in advance, shred the cabbage, carrots, and beat two eggs with salt.
