Scrambled Eggs with Chives.

Wash the leeks and drain the water

Knock in three eggs
3.
Use chopsticks to scatter
4.
Add some salt
5.
Add a little black pepper and stir well

After the bottom pan is heated, brush a layer of oil

Pour in the egg mixture and fry slowly
8.
Fry until the bottom is solidified, then turn over and fry again. Use a spatula to shovel and fry for a while.
Tips:
1: Drain the water after washing the leeks
2: Do not use a spatula immediately after pouring the egg mixture, but fry until both sides are solidified before shoveling away
