The price of leeks has never dropped. When the leeks are fresh in the vegetable market, I immediately thought of scrambled eggs. Oh, this is the conditioned reflex of eating goods? O(∩_∩)O haha~

There is nothing complicated. There is just one red sweet pepper left in the house, and the price of this sweet pepper has always been high.

Scrambled Eggs with Chives

1. Prepare materials. Beat the eggs. Shred the red sweet pepper.

2. Pinch off the rotten leaves of the leek, wash and cut into sections.

3. The oil pan is boiling hot, pour the egg liquid, stir fry and spread, set it aside.

4. Heat the remaining oil, add the chives and stir fry a few times

5. Add sweet pepper shreds

6. Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:

To fry the fluffy egg, you need to burn the oil to smoke, then pour the egg liquid, and quickly slide it out.
