Scrambled Eggs with Cordyceps Flower

Prepare the ingredients first.

Wash the cordyceps flower, put it in a pot of boiling water, blanch it for one minute, remove it from the cold, and control the water.

Remove the stems of the green pepper, wash and cut into diagonal slices, peel the garlic, wash and cut into small pieces.

Add the cooking wine to the eggs and beat them up. After the pan is boiled, pour in the egg liquid to scatter and spread out.

Leave the oil in the bottom of the pot, add green chilies and garlic seeds and sauté until fragrant.

Tips:
If you can't buy fresh Cordyceps flowers, you can also use dried ones instead, soak them in advance.
