Scrambled Eggs with Dendrobium Flowers

Prepare eggs after dendrobium flower

Wash the dendrobium flowers and drain the water, beat the eggs to loosen the liquid

Heat oil in the pot, pour the dendrobium flowers into the pot and stir fry.

Pour the egg mixture into the pot.
5.
Add a pinch of salt.
6.
Pour in some light soy sauce.
7.
Pour in the chopped green onion, stir and stir.
Tips:
Dendrobium flowers are especially easy to ripen. Don't cook them for too long. If they are fried for too long, they won't be so crispy.
