Scrambled Eggs with Enoki Mushroom and Cucumber

Wash the enoki mushrooms first.

Boil over hot water.

Wash the carrots, peel and cut into slices.

Wash the cucumbers.

Cut into willow leaves.

Knock the eggs into a bowl and beat them into egg liquid.
