Scrambled Eggs with Fungus

Wash the fungus foam and tear it into small flowers.

Pick the garlic sprouts, wash and cut into sections, peel the carrots, wash and cut into slices.

Beat the eggs into a non-stick pan and fry until set and take out.

Heat oil in a pot and add carrots and stir fry.
5.
Add garlic sprouts and stir fry.
6.
Add fungus and stir fry.
7.
Add eggs and stir fry.
8.
Finally, add salt and mix thoroughly.
Tips:
Fry the eggs until they are set, don't fry them too old to affect the taste.
