The fast-handed dishes for office workers are nutritious and easy to eat. Put it in a pot and stir fry, the aroma of garlic comes out, and the fried wrinkles are more delicious. The green garlic moss is matched with golden eggs. The color and luster are beautiful, and the taste is even more impressive."

Scrambled Eggs with Garlic Moss

1. A handful of garlic moss, 3 eggs, garlic moss is a handful of the supermarket, see label 358g

2. Remove the tail of the garlic moss, wash and cut into pieces, about 1cm long

3. Add appropriate amount of salt (about 2-3g per spoon) to the cut garlic moss, mix well, and marinate for 5 minutes (the garlic moss is hard to taste salty during the quick frying process, so marinate first)

4. Beat the eggs and set aside

5. Heat up the wok, pour in the right amount of oil

6. Pour in the garlic moss and stir fry

7. Stir fry for another two minutes until the surface is slightly wrinkled

8. Pour the beaten eggs evenly and cover the garlic moss

9. Stir fry until the eggs are cooked through, then serve

Tips:

1. The garlic moss is hard to taste salty during the quick frying process, so pickle it first
2. For ordinary iron pans, add more oil in an appropriate amount, otherwise the eggs will stick to the pan. If the pan is not sticky, you can put less oil
