Scrambled Eggs with Garlic Stalks

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into sections. Add salt to the eggs and mix well.

Heat oil in a wok, add garlic stalks and fry until broken. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
3.
Pour the egg mixture.
4.
Start to stir fry when the bottom of the egg is solidified.
5.
Stir fry until the eggs are golden brown.
