Scrambled Eggs with Hot Peppers

5g chopped green onion

5g sliced ginger

100g green and red pepper, cut into pieces

3 eggs beat and stir well

Pour 5ml of edible oil into the pot, add eggs and stir-fry

Pour 3ml of edible oil into the pot, add chopped green onion and garlic slices and sauté

Add green and red pepper segments, 2g edible salt, 3g light soy sauce and stir fry evenly

Finally add the egg and stir fry evenly
