Scrambled Eggs with Lamb Tail and Bamboo Shoots

1. Ingredients: lamb tail bamboo shoots (soaked and removed the salt), eggs (beaten into a bowl)

2. Tear the lamb tail bamboo shoots open and cut into sections on the chopping board, set aside.

3. Add the right amount of cooking wine to the eggs.

4. Beat into egg liquid and set aside.

5. Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut lamb tail bamboo shoots and stir fry.
