Scrambled Eggs with Leek

Select the useless parts of the leeks, wash and drain.

Cut into pieces about five centimeters long.

Beat the eggs into the bowl.

Stir into egg liquid.

Heat oil in the pot, pour in the egg liquid, turn it over until it is solidified slightly.

Add the leeks and stir fry.

Stir-fry for about 3 minutes until the leeks are cooked through, add some salt and stir well.
