Scrambled Eggs with Leek

Prepare the required ingredients. Beat the eggs into a bowl, and cut the leeks into sections.

Pour warm oil in a warm pan and stir-fry the egg liquid.

The eggs are scrambled and put on a plate for later use.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, pour the leeks and stir fry.

Season with salt.

Put in the scrambled eggs.

Stir-fry evenly and then take out the pan and serve.
Tips:
The scrambled eggs must be put in last, because the scrambled eggs are easy to taste and it will be salty when put early.
