Scrambled Eggs with Local Vegetables

Tips:
1. Because the ground vegetable grows on the grass and rocks in the wild, the folds of the leaves are easy to stick to grass clippings and mud. When cleaning, you must clean the debris and mud, otherwise it will affect the taste and unhygienic. After I clean it, I like to soak it in light salt water.
