Scrambled Eggs with Onions and Tomatoes

Cut the tomatoes into cubes, cut the onions into cubes, beat the eggs and set aside.

Dice garlic and cut green onion into small pieces for later use.

Heat the frying pan, add corn oil, add onions, garlic, and green onions and stir fry until fragrant.

Pour the tomatoes and stir fry.
5.
Leave a little oil in the bottom of the pan, pour in the egg and stir-fry.
6.
Pour tomatoes and onions and stir fry. Add a little salt and stir-fry the light soy sauce evenly out of the pan.
7.
Put it on a plate, start eating, and share.
