Scrambled Eggs with Scallions

Wash the chives and set aside the eggs.

Mince the chives.

Knock the eggs into the bowl. Add salt, five-spice powder, and two tablespoons of warm water.

Beat well and set aside.

Tips:
There must be a little more scrambled eggs for the eggs to rise. Add two tablespoons of warm water, the eggs will be smoother and tenderer. Happy!
