Scrambled Eggs with Tomatoes

Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces.

Beat the eggs.

Heat in a pan, add oil to scramble the eggs and remove them for later use.

Stir-fry tomatoes with oil.
5.
Season with appropriate amount of salt.
6.
Moderate soy sauce.
7.
Pour the scrambled eggs and stir fry together for 2 minutes.

Finished product.
Tips:
You can add some wine to the egg. It will be very fluffy.
