Sea Coconut Chicken Soup

50g sea coconut. Wash and set aside

A handful of goji berries and a candied date, wash and prepare

A few slices of ginger

Half a local chicken. Happy to run into the water. Wash and set aside

Add appropriate amount of water, add sea coconut, wolfberry, candied dates, ginger slices, cooking wine, and chicken in a lidded pot to bring to a boil. Turn the heat to a slow cooker for about two hours. Add salt to taste.
