Sea Cucumber and Scallop Congee

Clean the scallops.

Shred.
3.
Pre-soaked small sea cucumbers. (The soaked sea cucumbers are packed and frozen, ready to eat.)

Cut the sea cucumber into small pieces. (It does not cut.)
5.
Wash the rice. (There is some rice left for dinner, so let’s cook it together.)
6.
Put the above ingredients into the rice cooker, add an appropriate amount of water, and select the porridge function to start cooking. (The ratio of rice to water is 1:7-8.)

The porridge is cooked in the morning, just add salt to taste.
