Sea Cucumber Fried Gassho Melon

Prepare the ingredients: one foaming sea cucumber, two ginger and garlic sprouts.

Cut the sea cucumber into thin slices, and the squash melon into thin slices.

Heat up the pan, pour in an appropriate amount of olive oil, add the gassho melon to high heat and stir fry for a while, add a little salt and fry evenly, and serve.

Heat the pan again, add a little olive oil, and saute the ginger.

Then add sea cucumber and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and cooking wine with oyster sauce, then add an appropriate amount of water and boil over high heat, then turn to low heat, cover the pot and simmer.

Simmer until the juice is collected and dried sea cucumbers become soft, add appropriate amount of salt, sugar and pepper, and add garlic sprouts.

Then pour in the fried gassho melon and stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
1. It is best to cut thin slices of this large sea cucumber when it is fried, which tends to become soft. 2. Use low heat to let the taste enter the sea cucumber during the simmering time. 3. Gassho melon personally feels refreshing and sweet to eat, so it should not be fried for too long.
