Sea Cucumber Quinoa Porridge

Cook porridge.

Cook the porridge until the rice grains are soft, add quinoa and cook for another 15 minutes.

Carrots, lettuce, sea cucumber, shredded.

Put carrots and sea cucumbers.
5.
Finally put lettuce.
6.
Add salt, sesame oil, pepper, and season to taste.
7.
Stir well and then turn off the heat and enjoy.
Tips:
I use sea cucumbers soaked by myself. Instant sea cucumbers are also available.
