Sea Cucumber Steamed Egg Custard

The ingredients are ready, and the sea cucumbers are delivered in advance

Add water and salt (the ratio of egg to water is 1:1.5) and stir well, filter out the scum, cover with plastic wrap, and pierce a few holes with toothpicks

Bring water to a boil, place in a steamer, and steam for 10 minutes on medium and low heat

Tips:
It should be steamed on a medium-to-small fire, it will not foam, the sea cucumber is cooked, and the steaming time should not be too long.
