Sea Cucumber Steamed Egg Custard

1. The ingredients are ready, and the sea cucumbers are delivered in advance

2. Beaten eggs

3. Add water and salt (the ratio of egg to water is 1:1.5) and stir well, filter out the scum, cover with plastic wrap, and pierce a few holes with toothpicks

4. Bring water to a boil, place in a steamer, and steam for 10 minutes on medium and low heat

5. In the meantime, wash the sea cucumber, cut into four, chopped green onion

6. When the time is up, put the sea cucumber on the egg custard, cover with plastic wrap and continue steaming for 2 minutes, take it out

7. Pour light soy sauce, sesame oil, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.

Tips:

It should be steamed on a medium-to-small fire, it will not foam, the sea cucumber is cooked, and the steaming time should not be too long.
