Sea Emperor Fan Pot

12.
Open the lid, add the chives and stir-fry, continue to cook for a while
13.
Add 1g of salt to taste and mix well
14.
See that the juice is almost dried up, end the procedure ahead of time, sprinkle chopped green onion and stir out the pot with chopsticks. It took about 7 minutes in total
Tips:
1. Don't cook the ingredients for a long time, and don't fry the vegetables for a long time. It is better to put the leeks at the end and turn them evenly. The vermicelli is soft but not greasy;
2. The thick soup that I use has a bottom flavor, so add the salt in an appropriate amount at the end;
3. 150ML of water is used to make curry cubes and thick soup. If you have curry powder and broth at home, this step is omitted;
4. The cooking time of the dry pot program is determined by the amount of water added.
