Sea Fish Stewed Tofu

Cut the tofu into pieces, blanch it in hot water, and add some salt

There are several kinds of sea fish, including black croaker and yellow croaker. After cleaning, stick dry starch on both sides, put more oil in the wok, add the fish after the oil is hot, and fry until golden on both sides.
