Sea Grape Sushi

The rice is cooked, mixed with sushi vinegar and seaweed sesame seasoning, and let cool slightly.

Wash the cucumber and cut into small strips, steam the sausage and cut into small strips, and cut the celery into small strips and blanch them.

Fry 3 eggs into egg skins, cut into long strips, and cut the pickled radish into strips.

Take a piece of sushi seaweed and spread it on the sushi curtain. Spread the rice thinly, top with cucumber, sausage, pickled radish and sea grapes.

While curling, use bamboo curtains to tighten, roll into a round roll, and cut into small sections about half an inch with a bread knife.
